Access to water is a fundamental human right, but not everyone has this.
That’s why we’re working with the Tanzania Development Trust to make this right.
There are still too many people in rural communities who have to walk 5 kilometres to collect their drinking water from the nearest dirty stream. As water scarcity increases, this walk can become longer and take hours out of getting an education at school or earning an income at work.
Furthermore, lack of access to water widens the gender inequalities we face, as it is often the duty of the women and girls to collect the water. By donating to install water pumps in schools and communities, you will be helping us to change lives and empower women and girls.
Asante sana. Thank you.
